With nearly 30 years in psychology and coaching, I created Whole Body Harmony to help women heal deeply—not just mask symptoms. As a certified Integrative Health Practitioner (Level 2), Life & Performance Coach, and former school psychologist, I help women decode what their bodies are trying to say—and take clear, empowered action to feel better.

This work is personal. I struggled with exhaustion, weight gain, and medical gaslighting. Now I guide others to clarity, calm, and confidence.
