Meet Ben
Ben is a fitness coach, gym owner, and creator of the Revitalized movement. With nearly a decade of experience and more than 400 women coached, he has built a community centered on strength, confidence, and real, sustainable health.
His journey began at home. After watching his mom heal chronic migraines, back pain, and arthritis through nutrition and movement, he saw how powerful lifestyle changes can be. Her transformation inspired him to dedicate his life to helping women build healthier habits that last.
From that one transformation, his mission grew. Today he supports more than 500 women through coaching programs, challenges, and resources designed specifically for women over 40.
Ben’s approach blends science, compassion, and accountability to help women move from feeling stuck to feeling strong.
