Partnered Healing Functional Medicine
Root-Cause Healing for Lasting Wellnes
At Partnered Healing Functional Medicine, we focus on identifying the root causes of your symptoms rather than simply managing them. We believe healthcare should be personalized, so we take the time to understand your story and design a plan tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals.
Through comprehensive health assessments, advanced lab testing, and functional medicine expertise, we uncover the underlying imbalances affecting your well-being. From there, we create a customized care plan that may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle and movement support, stress management strategies, and targeted supplements or detox support.
Our goal isn’t to rush you through a system—it’s to support you every step of the way as partners in your healing journey.
What We Do
At Partnered Healing, we take a functional medicine approach focusing on the root causes of health concerns, not just the symptoms. Our goal is to help you restore balance and vitality through personalized, integrative care.
We combine natural, food-based therapies like nutrition plans, targeted supplements, and herbal interventions with the insights of modern medicine when necessary, giving you a comprehensive path to wellness.
How Functional Medicine Works
Rather than masking symptoms, we identify the underlying imbalances affecting your body. For example, digestive issues such as bloating, gas, or irregular bowel movements often point to gut microbiome imbalances, which can influence overall health and even contribute to chronic conditions like autoimmune diseases or eczema.
Using advanced testing—including stool or breath analysis—we pinpoint the root causes and create a step-by-step healing plan:
Our Core Services
We focus on the areas that matter most for holistic wellness:
Gut Health – Optimize digestion, nutrient absorption, and microbiome balance
Hormone Health & Balance – Address hormonal imbalances for energy, mood, and vitality
Detoxification – Support the body’s natural ability to remove toxins
Nervous System Regulation & Support – Reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore nervous system balance
If you’re ready to get to the root of your symptoms and start feeling better, schedule an appointment today. Let’s partner together on your healing journey.

Meet the Team
Meet Sarah
Sarah was born and raised near Dayton, Ohio, and earned her BSN from WSU. She practiced as an RN at Miami Valley Hospital for seven years, where she realized she wanted to help people prevent chronic conditions. During the family nurse practitioner program at Cedarville University, she discovered functional medicine and recognized that treating symptoms alone wasn’t enough for lasting health.
After graduation, Sarah worked at Western Medicine, where she became certified in functional medicine through IFM and began integrating its principles into her practice. As her holistic approach grew, 15-minute visits weren’t sufficient, leading to the creation of Dayton Center for Functional Medicine. She ran the practice for two years before taking ownership and rebranding it as Partnered Healing Functional Medicine.
Sarah is passionate about helping people reconnect with their whole selves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and fixing up her old farmhouse, and loves spending time with her two boys exploring parks, building Legos, and wrestling.
